These terms apply when you buy The Date Tin – Christmas Bakes Sweetened with Dates, a digital recipe book (PDF and web app) sold to consumers in the United Kingdom and Ireland. By buying it, you accept these terms, our privacy policy and our cancellations and refunds policy.

There are two plans: Standard (40 recipes) and Premium (80 recipes and 3 bonuses). What each plan includes is shown on the page and in the order summary before you pay.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) for customers in the United Kingdom and in euro (€) for customers in Ireland. All prices include VAT. There are no extra fees.

One-off payment – no subscription. You pay once and you will not be charged again. There is nothing to cancel.

Payment is handled by Whop. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna, where offered at checkout. Your card details go straight into the secure payment form: we never see or store them. Your bank or card statement will show ‘Flowazy’.

4. Delivery

The recipe book is digital: nothing is sent by post. As soon as your payment goes through, you will receive an email, at the address you entered at checkout, with a link to the PDF and the app. If you cannot see it after a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder, and write to support@flowazy.com if it still has not arrived.

5. Your right to cancel

As a consumer you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of buying (in the UK under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; in Ireland under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU consumer law).

For digital content, this right can end once the download starts, but only if the customer has expressly agreed to this and acknowledged that they will lose the right. We do not ask you to do this. So you keep your right to cancel for the full 14 days, even if you have already downloaded and used the book.

On top of that, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if the book is not for you, you get the full amount back, whatever the reason. How to ask for it is explained under Cancellations and refunds.

6. Copyright and use

The recipe book and all of its content (text, photos and layout) belong to [TITULAR] and are protected by copyright. You may use it for your own personal, household use. You may not sell, share, copy or publish it, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

7. Liability

The recipes are for home baking and are not a substitute for medical or dietary advice. They are sweetened with dates and fruit, which naturally contain sugar. Many recipes contain nuts, including almonds: always check the ingredients if you or anyone in your household has an allergy or intolerance.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, or affects your statutory rights (in the UK under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and in Ireland under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality).

8. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please write to support@flowazy.com. We reply by email and will try to sort it out as quickly as possible.

If we cannot agree, customers in the UK can get free advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) or Advice Direct Scotland (consumeradvice.scot). Customers in Ireland can contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (ccpc.ie) or the European Consumer Centre Ireland (eccireland.ie).

9. Governing law

You always keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live (England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland or Ireland), and you can bring a claim in the courts there.

10. Changes

We may update these terms if the law or our service changes. The terms that apply to your purchase are always the ones in force on the day you made your purchase.
