This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit this page or buy the recipe book, why we do it, and what rights you have under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (for the United Kingdom) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 (for Ireland).

2. What data we process

• Name, email address and billing address, so we can send you the book, issue your receipt and contact you about your order.
• Order details: plan, price and date.
• Payment details: you enter them directly into Whop. We never see or store your card number.
• Technical data: IP address, device, browser, the pages you view and the advert you came from. These are collected with cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

3. What we use it for

• To complete your purchase and send you the book straight away.
• To answer your questions and deal with refund requests.
• To meet our accounting and tax obligations.
• To measure which adverts and campaigns lead to a purchase, and how the page is used.
• To send you news and offers, but only if you have agreed to it.

4. Legal basis

• Contract (Article 6(1)(b)): your purchase and the delivery of the book.
• Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): accounting and tax.
• Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): statistics and marketing cookies, and newsletters. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
• Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): preventing fraud and keeping the site secure.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order details for as long as accounting and tax rules require (usually six years). Data based on your consent is kept until you withdraw it.

6. Cookies and tracking

This site uses essential cookies so that it works, and third-party cookies to measure visits and see which advert a purchase came from:

• Meta pixel (Facebook/Instagram): shows whether you came from one of our adverts and measures how well they work.
• Analytics and sales-tracking tool: records your visit and your purchase, so we can see which advert and campaign it came from.
• Microsoft Clarity: records how the page is used (clicks and scrolling) in pseudonymised form, so we can make it easier to use.
• Whop: may set its own technical cookies during payment.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, although this may affect how the site works.

7. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We only share it with the providers we need to deliver the book, who process it on our behalf: the payment platform Whop, our email and delivery provider, and the advertising and analytics tools listed above. Some of them are based outside the UK and the EEA. In that case, the transfer is protected by the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data deleted,
• object to processing, for example for marketing,
• restrict processing,
• receive your data in a common, machine-readable format (data portability).

Write to support@flowazy.com and tell us what you would like. We reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK (ico.org.uk) or the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie).

9. Children

This site is not aimed at children under 13 in the UK or under 16 in Ireland. Younger children should ask a parent to buy for them.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and alteration.

11. Changes

We may update this policy if the law or our service changes. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
